Angela Guylee

Angela has over thirty years' experience advising clients, the last 18 of which have been as a specialist elderly client adviser.

The main areas Angela gives advice on are care fees planning, investments, equity release and inheritance tax planning.

Angela also provides advice regarding benefits that might be claimed, such as Attendance Allowance.

Lasting Powers of Attorney can also be discussed and in a large majority of cases Angela suggests close working with family solicitors.

Angela's experience in cases such as these has led to an understanding of the requirements and time involved in coming to a suitable solution.

There are always concerns regarding final commitments which may need to be discussed with others as all requirements are unique.

In 2010 Angela gained the Later Life Adviser accreditation and became a member of the Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA).

Angela is the only Independent Financial Adviser in this area to achieve the skills of this prestigious accreditation and has now become a Master Practitioner with Symponia.

Angela has pride in the level of service she is able to offer to her clients, she realises that dealing with families who need to place a relative into care that these are very sensitive areas and she comes with an approach which offers understanding and empathy.
